  • Standard term is a 12-month Lease,  with a 10 month option for +$50


  • Move In Fee (Nonrefundable) -- $250 ($150 for applicants with a cosigner)


  • Security Deposit = 1 month's rent  (reduced to $200 with a cosigner)


  • One Time Pet Fee of $250
  • Max 2 pets per unit, 45 lb. weight limit
