We offer a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment for students at Black Hawk College to experience dorm-like living - with their own private bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom is rented out separately and the common space is shared. The units are fully furnished with ALL utilities included. Rent per semester is $725 per month, two semesters (Aug-May) is $695 per month, and a 12-month lease is $675 per month. We offer a 5% discount for payment in full upon move-in.
